Yes, that is an adorable puppy giving an adorable look, one for the photo.
This puppy is small enough to fit in a ladies’ handbag, but no guarantee it wouldn’t pee in it. It would also pee when it gets excited; a good prank to pull on someone when it’s on their lap.
