Dogs are cute mammals. They are also intelligent beings, which mean they are not part of our food chain, except maybe in certain third world countries.
They are also on higher plane of evolution. They must be.
It makes sense because we humans are servants to these lazy creatures. Humans work hard. Dogs play hard. Human sleeps less. Dog sleeps more. Last time I checked, there are more repulsive-looking humans as compared to population of cute dogs.
Consider that an average guy would have to pull special tricks and use flowery words to make his defects as an insignificant specimen of his species seems less obvious to the female unit. Yet a dog, in all its furriness, simply has to wiggle its tail, pull a long face, and an immediate attention is assured. No contest!
And Homo sapiens don’t sound anywhere as geekish as Canis lupus familiaris or Canis lupus lupus.
In some cultures dogs are considered low beings. Well they don’t know what they’re missing. In some other cultures dogs are considered unclean, even to a touch. That’s probably because dogs are friendly and peaceful, and they just don’t want to integrate that value into their way of life.
Smart, sweet, and cute. Dogs must be specially designed. Otherwise, we should look forward to evolve as a dog.
